LCE EVENTS is a family run business based in Wythall B47 in the Birmingham area. We are in the middle of Solihull, Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Redditch and cover all those areas. Every party booked with us is treated with priority and we strive to make sure you event is delivered at the highest standard. We provide set ups for Corporate events, Birthday parties, Communions, Christenings, weddings, Eid and much more

Delivery and Collection

Standard delivery is from 7.00am onwards usual day delivery is between 7.00-12.00 unless otherwise arranged, we are happy to work to specific times for your party just let us know on booking.

Collection is 17.30-20.00 unless other times have been arranged with us prior to the booking date.All times will be confirmed in writing with the customer

Overnight hire

Booking overnight is available on some products and is available at additional charge. This can be added on at booking stage

Weather

Weather is always an important factor to consider with outdoor hires. Please be aware inflatables cannot be erected in gust speeds of 24mph or more. We asses the weather each day we hire on, if wind/ gust speeds are over the legal limit to erect inflatables, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Please understand any decision made in regards to this is for the users safety.

Refusal of hire

Please note in order to provide a good quality service we also need a good hire environment for the equipment. If on arrival to your agreed time slot you are not present and we cannot access we reserve the right to cancel the hire, we also can cancel if the site is deemed unfit for use e.g dog mess, glass, sharp objects, limited access or anything we deem dangerous to the equipment, ourselves or users
